Zucchini Pineapple Bread

This is a wonderfully moist and healthy bread that is easy to prepare.

Add oil, eggs, sugar, vanilla, pineapple, and squash to a large mixing bowl. Mix well with the rest. Divide batter into 2 greased loaf pans (8"x5"). Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour 20 minutes. You might want to line pans with aluminum foil first and then use cooking oil spray.

High Altitude Directions: Add more flour and cook at 350 degrees for 1 hour or less.
