1. Heat the oil or shortening in a pressure cooker or frying pan. Add the meat and cook until slightly browned.
2. Add chopped onion and garlic to pan. Saute about 3 minutes.
3. Blend in soup and juice from can of mushrooms. Pressure cook (if using) for 15-20 minutes, or simmer until meat is tender.
4. Meanwhile cook noodles as directed on package. Mix sour cream, mushrooms, catsup and worces. sauce in small bowl. Pour over meat. Mix drained noodles with butter and pour meat mixture over noodles.
