1. Marinate tuna for 30 minutes to 1 hour, using shallow dish or zip-lock bag.
2. Place fillets in saute pan and cook over medium high heat for 1 minute per side. No oil is needed. Garnish and serve with steamed broccoli, scallions, and snow peas if desired.
Note: You may substitute salmon for the tuna.
