Five-Spice Chicken

1. Place chicken in slow cooker.

2. In a medium bowl, combine the remaining ingredients and pour over chicken.

3. Cover and cook on LOW for 4 to 6 hours. If you're home, turn the chicken over after 2 hours.

4. To serve, cut up chicken and serve with some sauce on the side. Serve over steamed white rice with some stir fried snow peas. Leftover chicken is great shredded over a Caesar salad. Serves 4.
