1. Brown ground beef with chopped onion on medium heat until meat is brown and onion is tender. If using Flexible Mexican Filling, thaw and heat up in skillet until bubbly. Skip to step #3.
2. Drain fat. Add cumin, garlic powder, chili powder, salt and pepper. Add salsa and chopped tomato. Mix evenly. Cover pan and simmer for 5 minutes.
3. Warm tortillas in 300 degree oven. Spread 1/2 cup of meat mixture evenly on tortilla. Garnish with cheese, lettuce, sour cream, tomatoes etc.
